The ref. 2447 is the original Carrera as created by Jack Heuer in the early sixties. It features a stainless steel case of 36mm. Compared to watches from the same era, its design appears very clean and exceedingly modern.

The watch presented here has its minute markers printed on the tension ring of the plexi glass - the original innovation that was in part responsible for the clean design of the Carrera series.
